We value our athletes' life balance & understand from first hand experience the realities of juggling training around work, family & social commitments. Communication & developing a strong coaching relationship is the most valuable tool to unlock an athlete's performance success, which is why we are always available to talk.
As part of the 1:1 coaching service you will receive lifestyle profiling & analysis, an annual plan encorporating your triathlon goals, & a bespoke week by week training schedule tailored to your individual needs & progression through the plan.
